The V-AB2000 inspection system is a turnkey nonsterile device packaging solution. System includes inspections of implant, label and optionally IFU. Labels can either be directly printed on the bag using an inline printer or using a print and apply system. The system can perform verification of labels and IFUs using bar code encrypted data or optical character recognition. The footprint of the system this contained within the normal footprint of the bagging system integrated. As with the VMOD-1000SCR any sealed bag has been verified for part ID as well as the other packaged components prior to sealing.
