Due to its small footprint, the VMOD-2000ICS is commonly deployed in single piece flow cells with the option of top, side inspection axis and combined inspections. The system is capable of being configured to perform part id, anodize color verification, OCR/OCV and many other inspections. The front of the 2000ICS system was intentionally designed with an opening specifically designed to meet the ergonomic and efficiency needs of a single piece flow cell. The system can be configured to inspect randomly oriented parts in batch processing processes where single piece flow is not a requirement.
